PTC update: a rare breed

A rare specemine of the tail family was sighted upon the neighborhood bus today. This subject is classified as a "Vortex String;"
The Vortex String Tail cautiously approaches tight wip status but lies clearly among string tail ranks as its anger only amounts to a fraction of its cousin. It is formed by a curly string that falls neatly into place below its binding device. This tail typically strings outward towards the end of its length. Not enough is known about this breed to accurately describe its behavior, but a safe assumption is that social interactions are indeed awkward.
